Schedule : 35 hours / week (school hours)

Pay : Competitive, based on experience - starts at $23 / hour

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children? Do you have experience using ABA therapy in school or clinical settings? We're looking for a dedicated Behavior Technician to join our team in a local school setting, supporting students with behavioral and developmental needs.

• ?? What You'll Do :

Provide 1 : 1 and small group behavioral support using ABA principles

Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and BCBA supervisors

Implement behavior intervention plans and collect data

Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment

Minimum 60 college credit hours

Previous experience as a Behavior Technician using ABA therapy

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Passion for working with children in educational settings

Supportive school environment
