Your opportunity

  • Support attorneys in preparing and reviewing materials for boards of trustees, including drafting memos, minutes, and other written materials; review submitted materials and coordinate information collection within Janus Henderson.
  • Assist in the preparation and review of registration statements for U.S. mutual funds and ETFs, and other regulatory filings, including SEC submissions.
  • Perform legal work related to creation and maintenance of new and existing funds, including occasional legal research.
  • Assist internal and external clients and vendors with formatting, editing, and printing client-facing documents.
  • Carry out other routine legal support duties as assigned.

  • At least one year of relevant experience is preferred
  • Experience with board support functions
  • Experience in the financial services industry, specifically on mutual funds and ETFs

    The base hourly range for this position is $60,000—$80,000. This range is an estimate; actual pay may differ. This position will remain open through the end of November 2025.

    Annual Bonus Opportunity

    Position is eligible to receive an annual discretionary bonus award based on company profits. Individual bonuses are determined by company, department, team, and performance.
