We are seeking a committed Entry-Level Insurance Sales Professional to become part of our team in Shakopee and surrounding areas.
As an Insurance Sales Agent, you will play a crucial role in advising clients on their insurance options and ensuring they are adequately protected.

Compensation :
$80,000+ at Plan Commission
Responsibilities :
- Implement our proven sales system in the field that is taught in training
- Update reports, records, bookkeeping systems, and other organizational tools to accurately report progress toward monthly insurance sales goals
- Implement marketing strategies including, but not limited, to cold calling and networking to connect with potential clients while simultaneously maintaining a portfolio of current clients
- Conduct meetings with new and potential clients and carefully listen to their individual circumstances in order to present the best insurance policies to meet their needs
- Remain updated about insurance industry changes that may affect customers in your portfolio
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in direct sales, outside sales, leadership, or business-to-business sales preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage your own time
- Great communication skills and ability to build rapport and establish trust quickly
- Goal-oriented and able to meet deadlines
- Active insurance license or willingness and ability to obtain upon hire
