Responsibilities :
- Conduct research and draft pleadings, briefs, and motions
- Argue motions in court on behalf of clients during legal proceedings
- Oversee paralegals, law clerks, and administrative staff
- Determine case strategies and solutions to serve clients’ needs after analysis
- Draft correspondence, legal pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Provide legal counsel and analyze client needs to identify solutions and determine case strategies;
- Manage case managers and legal assistants in connection with keeping track of case progression;
- Draft correspondence and review demands;

- Negotiate the best outcome for clients;
- Perform legal research.
