A well-established and well-respected firm in California with multiple locations is seeking an Associate Attorney to join their practice.
This attorney can be located anywhere in California and have a flexible work environment. If you can work independently but enjoy mentorship and want to grow you practice, this could be a fit for you! Also, you can be part of a defense firm without billable hour requirements.
Ideal Candidate :
- 2-10 years civil litigation experience
- Experience with Workers Comp
- JD in California, in good standing
- Experience with written discovery, taking and defending depositions
- Law and motion practice, attending court hearings, legal memos and research
- Excellent legal research and writing skills
