Key Responsibilities
Review incoming claims and related documentation for accuracy and completeness
Address inquiries from drivers regarding claim status and discrepancies
Enter claim information into the claims processing system and maintain departmental deadlines
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma required
One (1) plus years of experience in a data or claim processing role, or equivalent education / experience
Proficient data entry skills for accurate claims processing
Working knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret claim data
