WHAT THE ROLE ENTAILS

As our Restaurant General Manager, your day begins with a warm greeting to your team, setting the tone for a collaborative atmosphere.

You spend your time coaching and motivating staff, managing operations, and ensuring our guests receive top-notch service.

You tackle challenges as they arise, plan for the week ahead, and build strong relationships within your food service team.

Your proactive approach ensures that Cafe Vida runs smoothly, creating a welcoming space for everyone.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR OUR RESTAURANT GENERAL MANAGER

  • Experience in a similar position
  • 2+ years of restaurant management experience
  • Desire to work in the restaurant industry and a drive to succeed
  • Motivated and passionate
  • Availability on weekends

Someone with aspirations to open their own restaurant would be a great fit!

WORK SCHEDULE

Located in El Segundo, CA, you'll work full-time with a flexible schedule of 50-54 hours per week, including a mix of day, mid, and night shifts.

Weekend availability is a must, as that's when we shine, creating wonderful dining experiences for our guests.
