Job Responsibilities :
- Provide 24 x 7 on-call emergency response and support as necessary to maintain building systems
- Monitor and maintain all facilities equipment
- Perform tests and rounds to ensure proper functioning of equipment
- Coordinate maintenance with vendors and oversee vendor maintenance
- Respond to emergency situations and customer concerns
- Ensure compliance with established procedures and regulations
Basic Qualifications :
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- No high school diploma, GED or college degree required
- Must possess a valid, unexpired driver's license
- At least one (1) year experience supporting critical environments
- Hands-on electrical, plumbing, or mechanical skills
