Position Overview :We are seeking skilled and motivated Structural Welders to join our team. The ideal candidates will have experience in welding and fabricating structural steel components, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities :Perform welding operations on structural steel components using MIG and Flux welding processes.Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine welding requirements.Inspect finished welds for quality and compliance with specifications.Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols and procedures.Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure timely completion of projects.Troubleshoot and resolve any welding issues that may arise during the fabrication process.Qualifications :Proven experience as a Structural Welder, preferably in a manufacturing or construction environment.Proficient in MIG and Flux welding techniques.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS) are a plus.Benefits :Competitive salary based on experience.Comprehensive health benefits package.Opportunities for overtime and advancement within the company.Positive and supportive work environment.How to Apply :Interested candidates should submit their resume or visit us at our Corporate Office to schedule a weld test.
