Trolley is hiring : Social Content Creator in Las Vegas

Who we're looking for

We're hiring a Content Social Creator with short-form / Social Video Editing skills to bring our clients' voices to life across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

This role requires someone deeply immersed in social media who understands how to create content that feels native to each platform. You're able to transform raw footage into highly engaging edits and spot opportunities to repurpose existing content creatively for trends, memes, and carousels.

You know how to adapt trends, pitch creative concepts, and cut videos with strong pacing and emotion. You're not just an executor; you contribute ideas and shape edits that connect with audiences authentically.

Key Responsibilities

Short-Form Video Editing

• Edit engaging short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts using raw footage, screen recordings, and b-roll.
• Craft tight, emotionally engaging edits with strong hooks and pacing.
• Add music, captions, animations, and effects that align with platform trends and client brand guidelines.
• Format videos for mobile-first viewing (vertical 9 : 16), optimized for platform algorithms.
