We Are Seeking :

SportsCare is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist to work at our Salem location.

We are looking for a new grad or experienced Physical Therapist who is clinically driven and works well within a team atmosphere.

Available is a wide range of therapy equipment and gym space. Physical Therapists who apply are encouraged to have excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organization and analytical skills, the talent of multi-tasking between assignments, and the composure and flexibility to keep up with a fast-paced work environment.

Requirements :

• Graduate from an accredited college with an APTA curriculum.
• Current state of Oregon license, CPR certification.
• Outgoing and energetic personality.
• Excellent patient care and communication skills with the ability to multitask while providing an exceptional experience for anyone that enters the clinic.
• A passion for physical therapy and patient care.
• Enjoys diversity in personnel, clinics, and treatment approaches.

Duties :

• Provide direct patient care and develop individualized treatment plans
• Evaluate patients’ medical history and perform physical examinations
• Create and implement therapeutic exercises and modalities
• Monitor and assess patients’ progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients on proper techniques for exercises and activities
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
• Maintain accurate and up to date patient records
