We are looking for exceptional team members who have their Registered Behavior Technician® (RBT®) certification or are interested in pursuing this certification The RBT® certification is a professional certification offered through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB®).
The RBT® certification is required for individuals providing applied behavior analysis (ABA) services in schools. This position includes working 1 : 1 in the school setting with children and young adults diagnosed with autism or other qualifying conditions.

Our Behavior Technicians deliver exceptional support and care.
- Work directly with clients and follow the student’s established program / behavior intervention plan for implementing skill acquisition and behavior reduction procedures.
- Establish and maintain effective, supportive, and therapeutic relationships with clients and schools. Respect the values, thoughts, beliefs, and attitudes of clients and families.
- Implement behavior therapy techniques as instructed by the licensed behavior analyst
- Document interventions and progress towards goals accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collect behavior data as specified in client behavior intervention plan.
- Review data and progress reports with the licensed behavior analyst to strategize program improvements.
- Work collaboratively with the classroom teacher and school team to support student achievement.
Qualifications for a BAYADA Behavior Technician :
- 18 or older
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Desire to start a career in education or healthcare supporting individuals with autism or related disabilities
