Operations Associate

We are hiring for individuals that want to get their foot in the door with a very reputable financial company. This role is fully onsite in St. Cloud, MN.

Description

They will manage / process paperwork coming in a queue, and tracking via a live Microsoft Excel document. They will work in multiple computer systems at one time.

• Provide operational procedures to the advisors to ensure accuracy of the sales process.
• Coding on the investment side ensuring accuracy of data input
• Support new product or program roll-outs
• Become a subject matter expert on the company's platforms, including proposal tools, trading tools and performance tools.
• Review documents for accuracy and completeness
• Coding and reconciliation between multiple vendor platforms ensuring accuracy
• Processing requests for trading of accounts, manager updates, and account closures
• Maintain accurate client & account records in our account systems
• Monitor reports to oversee account set up, maintenance, & activity
• Other duties as assigned.

Training can take 6-8 weeks.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00 / hr.
