Job Title : Low Voltage Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Low Voltage Electrician to join our team and support the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of low voltage systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with cabling, access control, security systems, and data connections in commercial or industrial settings.

Responsibilities

• Install, terminate, and test low voltage cabling for voice, data, video, and security systems
• Set up and maintain access control systems, CCTV cameras, and alarm systems
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to guide installations
• Troubleshoot and repair low voltage systems and components
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on installed systems
• Ensure all work complies with local codes, safety standards, and client specifications
• Collaborate with other trades and contractors on job sites to coordinate system integration
• Label and document all cabling and connections for future reference and maintenance
• Use hand and power tools to mount, secure, and connect devices and hardware

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $35.00 / hr.
