We are currently seeking a dedicated Custodian who thrives in maintaining our diverse facilities, ranging from clinics and surgical centers to administrative offices.

Responsibilities - Traveling to Gilbert and Chandler
- Clean and sanitize clinics, ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs), and offices, including but not limited to floors, surfaces, restrooms, windows, and furniture.
- Empty trash cans and replace liners.
- Replenish restroom and kitchen supplies.
- Ensure walkways, entrances, and exits are clean and free of debris.
- Respond to urgent cleaning requests promptly.
- Assist with minor repairs and maintenance tasks as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.

Requirements :
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in facilities maintenance or a related field
- Knowledge of basic "handy-man" tasks such as basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in confined spaces
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift, carry push or pull objects and equipment weight up to 50 pounds
- Ability to handle cleaning tools and equipment such as brooms, mops, vacuum cleaners, and buffers.
- Capacity to bend, stoop, kneed, and crouch frequently
