Magnetics, a division of Spang & Company has an opening for a Customer Service Representative based at our Pittsburgh office.

This position will be responsible for assuring professional and efficient customer contact with the Sales department and covering all areas of customer service from first contact (phone and email) to the completion of the order.

Primary responsibilities will include :

  • Provide customers with pricing and delivery information.
  • Create and process customer quotations and orders in our ERP system (IFS).
  • Send customer confirmations, delivery notes, and invoices.
  • Expedite customer orders and handle customer concerns

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a similar field. Candidates must possess excellent written and oral communication skills and proficient computer experience.

Knowledge of an ERP system is preferred. Experience with international customers is a plus.
