As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal in an education-focused location, you will be the first point of contact for all visitors, students, and staff. Your primary responsibilities will include monitoring access, verifying credentials, and providing a welcoming presence while assisting with security-related inquiries. You will help to deter unwanted incidents by maintaining a visible and professional demeanor, while delivering outstanding customer service and clear communication. • Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
