Surgery - Acute Care - Murrieta - Per Diem

Loma Linda University Faculty Medical Group, Department of Surgery, has an immediate need for an Acute Care Surgeon, BC / BE in General Surgery and Surgical Critical Care, to join our team for a Per Diem Opportunity.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about a teaching position in a collegial, multidisciplinary, faith-based environment.

The LLUMC-Murrieta hospital is a university-owned, community-based hospital located in the beautiful Temecula area.

Successful applicants will be at the Assistant / Associate Professor level, BC / BE in General Surgery and Surgical Critical Care and will be at least 3 years out of training.

Acute care surgery / trauma and ICU service weeks will be at the LLUMC main campus, while call coverage for the LLUMC-Murrieta ED general surgery will occur at that campus.

Additional opportunities, including elective general surgery, may be arranged.

Compensation & Benefits

The compensation range listed is for starting base compensation only and is adjusted based upon years of experience and / or faculty rank : $125 - $200 an hour.

This amount does not include variable compensation or extra productivity and is subject to the individual department compensation plans.
