Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily operations to ensure outstanding service and guest satisfaction.
• Manage and Motivate Team Members , including hiring, training, and scheduling.
• Monitor and maintain food quality, safety, and cleanliness standards .
• Implement cost control measures to achieve financial targets, including inventory management and pricing strategies.
• Develop and execute operational plans and strategies to achieve business goals.
• Foster a positive work environment and lead by example to promote teamwork and excellence .
• Engage with guests to ensure their needs are met and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance the restaurant's offerings.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role, with at least 2-3 years in a high-volume, casual dining environment.
• Extensive knowledge of restaurant operations , including food and beverage, service, and financials.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills with a track record of effective team management and development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with guests, team members, and upper management.
• Proficiency in managing costs and budgets, with a focus on achieving financial targets and controlling operational expenses.
