First Connect Health is seeking a travel nurse Correctional for a travel nursing job in East Elmhurst, New York.

Required Education :

Associate Degree in Nursing from an accredited educational institution

Completion of Self-Assessment Skills Checklist and Specialty Exam for Medical-Surgical Nursing

Required Certifications & Licensure :

Active New York State RN License with Primary Source Verification

American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification ( required for Queens location only )

Acute Facilities :

Minimum 2 years of recent Medical / Surgical experience in a large acute care hospital .

Most recent experience must be within the past year .

Post-Acute Facilities :

Minimum 2 years of recent Medical / Surgical experience in either a post-acute facility or acute care hospital .

Most recent experience must be within the past year .
