Description

The core function of the Regional Marketing Manager is to drive new patient acquisition for a group of Specialty Dental Brands (SDB) Orthodontic and Pediatric practices within our East Region .

This position will report into and work closely with the Vice President of Marketing with a dotted line to Regional Operations leadership.

This position will play a key role in developing local marketing strategy, creating streamlined marketing processes, and identifying levers for patient growth and retention.

This team member will also provide guidance and assistance to others on our regional marketing team, sharing best practices, offering plan development supports, and assisting in creating measurable outcomes for our practices.

  • Requirements :

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

    • Develop relationships with Partner Doctors, office teams, and community contacts
    • Lead marketing plan development for assigned set of brands, placing special emphasis on bespoke marketing initiatives designed to drive new patient volume
    • Assist in the development of patient and doctor referral marketing strategies in conjunction with SDB office leaders and SDB doctors
    • Assist with various digital marketing functions as needed, including Listings Management
    • Coordinate local office level requests and triage to SDB’s digital and creative marketing teams
    • Ability to locate and prioritize local event opportunities and coordination efforts
    • Assist SDB partner offices with local sponsorship efforts including executing creative needs, payment requirements, and sponsorship activation
    • Develop strategic content marketing calendars inclusive of organic social media, email marketing, and patient communications campaigns
    • Act as liaison between digital team and partner practices when necessary
    • Assist offices with procurement of any local level printed materials, i.e., appointment cards, referral pads, flyers, in office stationery requirements and promotional items
    • Assist VP in management of Regional Marketing team by sharing best practices, identifying training opportunities, and reviewing marketing strategies and tactics to ensure the development of high-quality plans.

    Develop regional marketing playbooks and disseminate for local activation

    • Assist VP in vendor management. E.g., advertising agency, technology solutions, and freelance / contract support
    • Evaluate and optimize strategic regional marketing efforts, pricing strategies, market trends, and patient volume forecasts
    • Assist VP in developing practice budgets and return-on-ad-spend analyses

    Requirements

    REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :

    Bachelor’s Degree preferred with degree or major coursework in community relations, public relations, marketing, or a related field.

    Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

    • 7-10 years of relevant work experience combined with ambition, drive, and personality will be valued highly in this position
    • Hands-on experience with social media, professional relationship building, and event planning preferred. Experience in the dental field is not compulsory for this position.
