Assistant General Manager (gm) Compensation $40,000-$45,000 includes bonus and commissions
Employment Type We are looking for driven and hardworking individuals to join our team. Stretch Zone is the pioneer in practitioner assisted stretching.
Our locations span across the country and we continue to grow everyday. We are seeking out individuals versed in sales with a management background.
If selected the applicant must be able to complete two weeks of training where they will learn our modalities as well as how to manage a location.
Required Knowledge Skills and Abilities
Comfortable with a physical role working 1 : 1 as a stretch practitioner
Two weeks of training in Ft. Lauderdale and one week in studio requiredEnergetic, forward thinking and creative individual with high ethical standards and an appropriate professional image.
Sales experience preferredKnowledge of financial models and budget preparationWell organized and self-directed team playerGood educator who is trustworthy and willing to share information and serve as a mentorDetail oriented individual who is committed to developing peopleStrategic contributor in long and short range strategic planning.
