Length : 13 weeks

Weekend Requirements : 4 weekends shifts per 4 week blockHoliday Requirements : Typically 2 of the 5 (count the eves) Requirements :

• AZ or Compact License
• Must have a minimum of 2 years in emergency room
• Must have experience in Trauma Level 1-3 within the last 2 years
• Must have at least 2 years ER experience with trauma Level I and II accumulative experience in the past 3 years. If only level III, or lower, cannot accept CLN
• Gun shot wound / stabbing experience
• EPIC experience
• ACLS
• PALS
• NIHSS
• TNCC preferred

Other Details :

Floating Requirements : Shared schedule with Foothills- typically scheduled ahead of time, infrequent last minute floating.

15-minute drive to Foothills freestanding ER

• Radius Rule : 100 miles
• Common diagnoses / Types of patients : Any and all emergency needs
• Ratios : 1 : 5 medical, 1 : 6 for fast track.

of Beds / Trauma Bays : 52 with 4 trauma bays.
