Financial Analyst

A company is looking for a Financial Analyst to drive financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the preparation and maintenance of financial statements and provide variance analysis for strategic decision-making

Develop annual budgets and reforecasts, ensuring alignment with strategic goals

Identify and implement enhancements to financial systems and processes for improved accuracy and efficiency

Required Qualifications

Post-secondary / University degree in Business or Accounting / Finance or equivalent

Accounting designation or working towards designation preferred (CPA)

2-5 years of work experience in an analytical role, preferably in FP&A

Strong Excel skills, including the ability to create and manage large financial models

Passion for automation and efficiency
