Job Title : Accounting Manager
Location : Lindale, TX
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to join our client's finance team. As an Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of accounting, financial reporting, and payroll processing.

Responsibilities :
- Perform manual data entry into the Point of Rental system
- Conduct end-of-month closeouts and reconcile accounts
- Process payroll for 17 personnel , ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Manage accounts payable (A / P) and accounts receivable (A / R)
- Prepare and submit sales tax reports
- Generate quarterly financial reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes
- Provide guidance to junior accounting staff
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting , Finance, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles
- Proficiency in QuickBooks (desktop version)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel , Word, and Office 365
- Familiarity with Point of Rental system is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
