Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address each student's needs. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to promote students' academic and social success. Monitor and document student progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed. Participate in IEP meetings and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations.
