Required Skills :

• 3+ years of experience project coordination, project scheduling and budget analyst
• Experience with working with Smartsheet and ability to create schedules, meetings and daily reports
• Cost Tracking, budget and forecasting- project estimating experience

Job Description :

The Project Coordinator (Budget Analyst) will Prepare operating budgets for units / departments. Reviews expenditures for conformance. Maintains records. Audits Accounts. Compiles and reviews budgets, taking into consideration actual performance, previous expenditures and estimated expenses and income. Reviews departmental expenditures to ensure compliance with budget allocations. Maintains accurate spending records and establishes measures for budgetary control.
