Position : Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA)

Working Hours : 7 : 00pm to 7 : 00am, with flexibility to do every other weekend

Duration : 6 weeks

Compensation : Up to $21 / hr

The Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) plays a crucial role within our care team, impacting the lives of patients and residents daily.

As an LNA, you will provide comprehensive nursing care in a multidisciplinary setting.

Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver superior care and service to patients / residents and their families.
• Create a compassionate environment that respects the individual needs and rights of patients / residents.
• Assist in providing clinical care as directed by healthcare professionals.

Requirements : Submission of current documentation (within the last 12 months).

• Criminal Background Check (state-specific) & NH BEAS
• LNA license / certification.
• Dementia Training Certificate.
• Exclusion Check.
• Physical
• TB Test, QuantiFERON, or Chest x-ray
• Drug test
• Flu Vaccine

Qualifications :

• Certification as a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA).
• Previous experience as a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Dedication to compassionate care and patient advocacy.
• Dementia care training & experience in providing care to patients with dementia.
