Part Time Office Assistant - Business Development Center
Overview :
Twin Falls Subaru is looking for an efficient part-time Office Assistant to support our Business Development team.

Responsibilities :
- Audit Management : Check logs for accuracy and compliance.
- Lead Processing : Ensure our leads are handled and tracked properly.
- Call List Management : Keep our call lists updated for the sales and service teams.
- Report Generation : Gather data and create reports to help with decision-making.
- CRM & Database : Maintain our database accuracy and manage customer information.
- Staff Support : Help with scheduling, PTO requests, and maintaining employee records.
- Information Sharing : Create and share updates on processes and important meetings.
- Team Coordination : Make sure different departments are working together smoothly.
- Operational Support : Identify and communicate any operational issues or improvements.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certificates are a plus.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong writing skills.
- Great at organizing and managing time.
- Detail-oriented and capable of working independently.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a bonus.
