At One Vision Management Inc., we specialize in direct marketing and client relations for Fortune 10 companies. We are looking for Sports-Minded Sales Associates who are driven, competitive, and ready to grow their careers. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy a fast-paced environment, value teamwork, and have the determination to exceed goals. You will gain valuable experience in sales, leadership, and client management while representing some of the most recognized brands in the country.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to provide product knowledge and account support
  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience through face-to-face interaction
  • Contribute to team goals while maintaining individual performance targets
  • Develop leadership and communication skills through daily coaching and training
  • Support brand awareness initiatives and promotional campaigns

Qualifications

  • Competitive, sports-minded, and goal-oriented personality
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team setting
  • Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus but not required
  • Must be 18 years or older

    • Compensation and Benefits

  • $17 to $23 per hour, paid weekly
  • Additional weekly bonuses and commission opportunities
