What you will be doing :
- Lead generation via outbound prospecting and inbound inquiries across all markets and services.
- Engage prospects to understand their needs and schedule qualified appointments.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients in Federal, healthcare, science & technology, and academic markets, focusing on acquiring new clients.
- Maintain accurate sales activity records in our CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with the Director of Client Services, marketing / business development manager, and the sales team to achieve company-wide goals.
- Generate reporting for the weekly market leader meeting.
- Conducted market research for potential client markets / services and pursued opportunities.
Experience you will need :
- 2-5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably with Federal clients.
- Familiarity with Federal acquisition processes is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently while being a team player.
- Familiarity with the engineering and construction industry.
- Experience with lead generation tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo).
- Understanding of MEP engineering and construction services is a plus.
