Position Overview & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations helping where needed to succeed.
- 5-week training program
- Responsible for hiring, training, and scheduling employees.

Position Requirements
- Must have at least2 year of high-volume, full-service management / Supervisor experience. Corporate restaurant experience is desirable.
- Not for a GM or AGM - must be currently a FOH Manager
- Proven experience + confidence as a restaurant manager. This is not a position for a "green" manager.
- NO Job Hoppers - must have solid tenure.
- Proven track record of leading a positive, fun, profitable restaurant.
- Experience with hiring, training, and scheduling staff.
- Bar knowledge is a a plus.
- Good tenure with previous employers
- Must have a positive, upbeat, can-do attitude. - No room for big egos here.
- Available to work days, late nights, and weekends.
