As the Manager of Network and Security Engineering, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our infrastructure and platforms.

Leading a team of talented engineers, you will inspire and empower them to push boundaries, develop groundbreaking solutions, and drive continuous improvement.

Your primary responsibilities will include :

Leadership and Mentorship : Provide visionary leadership and mentorship to a team of network and security engineers, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration.

Strategic Planning : Develop and execute strategic plans to meet organizational goals, aligning network and security initiatives with business objectives.

Team Development : Cultivate a high-performing team through coaching, professional development, and performance management, ensuring that team members are equipped with the skills and resources needed to succeed.

Project Management : Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of network and security projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and business units, to ensure alignment and integration of network and security initiatives with broader organizational objectives.

Risk Management : Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to network and security infrastructure, implementing effective controls and safeguards to protect the organization from cyber threats and vulnerabilities.

Vendor Management : Manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers, ensuring that deliverables meet quality standards and contractual obligations.

Continuous Improvement : Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging industry best practices, emerging technologies, and feedback from stakeholders to optimize network and security processes and procedures.

Basic Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in network and security engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Deep understanding of network and security principles, protocols, and technologies.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Preferred Qualifications :

Industry certifications such as CISSP, CCNP, or CCIE are a plus.
