We are looking for highly motivated individuals to join our Ascension Saint Agnes Adult ICU Department. We are a High Acuity 16-24 bed ICU in the outskirts of Baltimore City and care for patients within a supportive team environment.
We have excellent working relationships with our teams across the hospital. Certification : Registered Nurse (Compact), Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification, Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Requirements : No more often than every other weekend, possibly every 3rd weekend based on staffing, rotating holidays.
3x 12 hr shifts per week. Ratios : Typical 1 : 2 Nurse : Patient, occasional 1 : 1 based on acuity, rare 1 : 3 based on staffing / acuity(3x downgrade), on a rotating basis.
Precepting may be required. Candidates must be proficient with CRRT, PA-Catheters & Balloon Pumps
