Position Overview :

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Office Manager & Customer Service Representative to join our team.

This role requires high energy and a great attitude. In this role, you will be responsible for managing office operations, booking service calls, and ensuring efficient route management for our technicians.

You will also oversee a team of three call takers, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Handle customer inquiries and book service calls for technicians
  • Manage daily schedules and routes for service technicians
  • Supervise and support a team of three call takers
  • Maintain a well-organized and efficient office environment
  • Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns
  • Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in office management and customer service
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in using scheduling and office management software
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
