About The Position

ID : 51799432 Shift : Days 8 hours FT, 80 hours per pay 8 or 9am 5 : 30pm On call, weekends, holidays 40 hour guarante Description : Physical therapy helps reduce pain and restore function and independence in patients who have undergone surgery, suffered an injury, are recovering from serious illness or are coping with a chronic condition.

Our dedicated rehabilitation team uses a multidisciplinary approach, combining exercise and strength training with manual therapy and modalities to develop an individualized treatment plan that meets the unique needs of each patient.

Treatment begins with a physician's prescription and a comprehensive evaluation by an experienced physical therapist. Therapist and patient then work on-on-one, following a specific plan of care designed to help the patient return to work and normal daily activities as quickly and safely as possible.

Submission requirements : 1 Year of Inpatient PT experience- RequiredOrtho Experience - Highly PreferredTravel Experience - Highly PreferredGraduate of an accredited PTA institution - RequiredMI PT License - RequiredHealthsystem-wide profile standards References NOT required.

A skills checklist completed within one year of application for RN specialties is required. All other professions outside of Nursing are not required but preferred.

Michigan license verification is required for nurses. Please provide LARA and Nursys; if there is a license hit, it would be in the traveler s best interest to provide a write-up of what happened for the manager's review.

Physical copies of certifications are only required in the profile if listed above. Full-time employees of McLaren are not eligible for contract hire within six months of employment.
