PRN Caregiver and / or QMAP

Role Overview Our Caregivers provide activities of daily living and other services to residents in accordance with their service plan. Current Open Shifts PRN - requires working 2 shifts a month shift coverage for : Day shift 8 hr (6a to 2 : 30p) 12 hr (6a to 6 : 30p Evening shift 8 hr (2p to 10 : 30p) Night shift 8 hr (10p to 6 : 30a) 12 hr (6p to 6 : 30a) Responsibilities Provide great resident care and support with daily activities and personal hygiene Answer patient calls and determine how to best help them Ensure residents receive appropriate diet by reviewing their dietary restrictions, food allergies and preferences Administer medications and assist with treatments per practitioners orders following safety protocols and the plan of care (if QMAP) Qualifications Can do attitude and willingness to go above and beyond when needed to serve our residents Ability to work as a team and also independently A love for seniors Colorado QMAP Certified (if applicable) We are an equal opportunity employer and prohibit discrimination / harassment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
