Child Watch - Evening and Weekends (KFY)

Essential Functions : Security : Make sure that all parents sign in and sign out for their own child(ren); under no circumstances are children released to anyone else.

Care : Interact with children, plan activities; follow procedures and disciple guidelines.Greet children and parents in a welcoming and friendly manner.

Inform parents of Child Watch procedures and rules in the program. Inform parents immediately of any accidents or behavior problems.

Complete incident reports, determine parents are members and keep accurate attendance records.Implementation of YMCA character development initiatives by teaching and role modeling our values of caring, honesty, respect, responsibility and faith.

Every staff member will help keep our facilities clean : Picking up litter, cleaning up spills, delegating to department staff the responsibility to clean their work areas, and involve members in picking up after themselves.
