ServiceNow Technical Architect

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Technical Architect.

Key Responsibilities

Lead design workshops and translate business needs into ServiceNow solutions

Define architecture standards, integration strategies, and governance models

Oversee technical delivery, reviewing solution designs and ensuring compliance with best practices

Required Qualifications

ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) credential

ServiceNow CSA, CAD, and at least two CIS certifications (ITSM, CSM, HRSD, GRC, or equivalent)

5+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience in large, complex environments

Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns, security, and platform scalability

Experience engaging directly with senior stakeholders to explain technical trade-offs
