We’re hiring a Maintenance Technician to join our team! In this role, you’ll install, repair, and maintain industrial equipment like pumps, conveyors, gearboxes, and shredders. If you’re hands-on, mechanically skilled, and thrive in fast-paced environments — this is the job for you.

What You'll Do :

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems

Perform preventive maintenance using Express Maintenance software

Install and align new equipment from blueprints

Use welding / fabrication tools safely (MIG / Stick a plus)

Collaborate with electricians and other techs

Follow all safety protocols including LOTO and PPE use

What You Bring :

2+ years of industrial maintenance or millwright experience

Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and power tools

Ability to lift 50 lbs, work in dusty / dirty environments

Welding / fabrication and 480V electrical knowledge a plus

Team player with strong troubleshooting skills
