As the Vice President, Operations - MasterTax, you will oversee the overall operation of MasterTax, a payroll Tax software and services organization helping clients reduce their payroll tax processing time and compliance risks.
You will direct the identification, analysis, and development of business cases and drive continuous improvement in the Service business.
You will also be responsible for ensuring the business meets or exceeds targets for operational and financial metrics including profitability, revenue growth, client retention, quality, and associate retention.
You will hire, develop and retain talent at all levels of the organization. Provides a considerable amount of focus on new business and existing clients' revenue.
Works closely with sales leadership in growing the business, deal management, market challenges and competitiveness, competitor threats, pricing & revenue impact, alignment to service performance and Voice of the Client (VOC) feedback, and good business management.
