Position Overview :
The Product Manager will play a critical role in managing and executing the product development lifecycle for key initiatives supporting The Chosen.
This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders from various organizations involved in product development, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
The Product Manager will be responsible for developing a clear product strategy, managing the product roadmap, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes that resonate with The Chosen's global audience.
Key Responsibilities :
- Stakeholder Coordination : Act as the central liaison for stakeholders from different organizations, ensuring effective collaboration throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Requirement Gathering : Work closely with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.
- Product Strategy : Develop and communicate a comprehensive product strategy that considers the diverse needs and perspectives of stakeholders from various organizations.
- Roadmap Planning : Create and maintain a product roadmap that balances priorities across multiple stakeholders, managing expectations and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Cross-functional Leadership : Lead cross-functional teams, including members from different organizations, to execute on the product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
- Communication : Facilitate clear and consistent communication among stakeholders, ensuring transparency and consensus on key decisions.
- Risk Management : Identify potential risks and challenges related to cross-organizational collaboration and implement strategies to mitigate them.
- Performance Monitoring : Track and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the success of products and initiatives, making data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
- Market Analysis : Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends and the competitive landscape, incorporating findings into product strategy and development.
- Financial Management : Oversee the budget and ROI for product initiatives, ensuring fiscal responsibility and maximizing value for the Foundation.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, ideally within a non-profit, media, or technology environment.
- Strong ability to manage and balance multiple stakeholders' needs and priorities.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in a collaborative, dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Passion for faith-driven initiatives and an understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in promoting content like The Chosen.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
