You're self‑motivated, with a strong work ethic and a bias toward action. You think critically, communicate clearly, and focus on what really matters. You write exceptionally well. You're familiar with tools like Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut, Nuke, or similar software. Samples of written guides or documentation you've created. A reel or portfolio that showcases your editing or compositing skills. You’ve read books like Delivering Happiness , Made to Stick , Setting the Table , or The Art and Science of Digital Compositing , or anything similar in the editing / compositing space.

- Support users of our Video AI software by answering their questions and producing helpful resources like tutorials, videos, and documentation.

This is a highly collaborative role at the intersection of product, support, and customer success. You'll gain hands‑on experience with how a fast‑moving team builds and scales a top‑tier tech product. High performers in this role naturally evolve into broader positions in product, marketing, or operations.
