Crane Operator - Per Diem Offered

Trillium Construction is seeking Crane Operators for a project in Red Oak, TX.

Operators will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating various cranes including lattice boom crawler, telescopic crawler, and rough-terrain swing cab cranes. This position involves critical lifts such as setting modular units, generators, piping, structural steel, and equipment, as well as supporting material handling and staging yard operations.

Operators will work using the following cranes : Manitowoc 2250 S3 | 160' Main Boom (Lattice Crawler) Kobelco CK1600G2 | 200' Main Boom, 60' Fixed Jib (Lattice Crawler) Link Belt TCC2500 (Telescopic Crawler, Swing Cab) Link Belt RT75 (Rough Terrain, Swing Cab)

Key Responsibilities Operate assigned cranes in accordance with lift plans, site conditions, and load charts Perform critical lifts including setting data center modules, steel, piping, and large equipment Offload trucks and trailers in laydown / staging yards Conduct pre-operational inspections and ensure cranes are safe and compliant Work closely with rigging and signal personnel Assist in site duties and ground work when not actively operating Maintain safe operations per OSHA and site-specific standards

Pay rate is up to $42 / hour plus Per Diem : $100 / day for all 7 days if the full schedule is worked. Schedule : Mon - Sat, 60h+ / week.

Qualifications -NCCCO Certifications Required : Lattice Boom Crawler (LBC) Telescopic Boom Swing Cab (TLL) Telescopic Boom Fixed Cab (TSS) -OSHA 10 -Pre-employment screenings
