Thisposition is responsible for assisting the Supervisor incoordination of the daily responsibilities of the department byensuring the Supervisors instructions are communicated effectivelyto the team members and efficiently.

• Provide maintenance support with moderatesupervision to ensure the safe and effective operation of equipmentand team.
• Performroutine preventative maintenance repairs on mechanical electricalpneumatic and hydraulic plant equipment.
• Conduct emergency mechanical or electricalrepairs as needed.
• Troubleshoot issues related to mechanicalelectrical pneumatic and hydraulic equipment.
• Safely apply knowledgeand troubleshooting skills to all assigned production equipment.
• Effectively interactwith all plant personnel to accomplish plant and individual goals.
• Minimize downtime due toequipment failure.

Education and Experience : Minimum 2 years of mechanic work experience documented in the workhistory section of the application or be a graduate of andindustrial maintenance training program.

Can be a combination ofemployers if experience is at least 2 years).

SPECIAL SKILLS :

Computer Skills : Basic computer skills necessary for logging information processingdaily work orders and completing required documentation.

Ability tolearn and utilize the Computerized Maintenance Management System(CMMS).

• CommunicationSkills : Effective communication and basic mathskills required.
• Abilityto lift push and pull up to 75 lbs. occasionally; ability to lift20 lbs. frequently.
• Ability to stand on a hard surface for up to 12hours per day.
• Abilityto work in confined and tall spaces walk climb utilize a ladderoperate a lift bend and stoop.
• Repetitive gripping pushing and pulling.
• Frequent overhead work.
• Temperatures inside theplant may vary from 25 degrees to over 100 degrees; outside workmay also be needed.
• Basic math skills including percentagesfractions and measurements.
• Read and understand blueprints manuals and workorders.

Applicants will be considered forGeneral Maintenance level openings.

Leveling isdetermined during the interview process based on skillset knowledgeand experience.
