As an Analyst working within the Corporate Technology Group, you are deeply committed to improving the value delivered to our customers.
In an agile structure you will collaborate with other squad members, squad lead and analyst chapter lead to help establish the requirements for your squad, influence the strategic decisions and help build solutions for your domain.
The Team
This position aligns to the Future of Work (FoW) squad which is a part of the Client Corporate Technology Group. The squad is focused on creating an enterprise mobile app (for native iOS and Android platforms) that provides a personalized experience by integrating capabilities to enhance the hybrid work experience and allow for a continuous improvement of the end-to-end associate experience.
Other apps developed and supported by this squad include community connect and user experience related initiatives. The role will also involve working closely with the Managed Real Estate squad whose remit includes providing solutions for construction management and facilities optimization.

The Expertise You Have
Degree in Technology subject area / Business with strong IT focus
5+ years of Systems Analysis experience within the IT field, financial services, or related environment
Passionate about your craft with an ability to effectively collaborate and interact with global development team - assist with clarifying customer requirements and quality check on products prior to customer release
Facilitate regular meetings with global development team and customer / squad lead
Coordinate and / or implement project and release planning and testing
Provide prompt and proactive status updates on assigned activities
Deep knowledge of your role in supporting both developers and customers in the software development lifecycle, from ideation through to launch and beyond

Data analysis, including the ability to pull data using SQL or other reporting tools, to articulate / solve current application features / data flows as well as opportunities for enhancements
Familiarity with REST API and usage

Strong Working Knowledge of portfolio planning processes and Agile tools
Education : Bachelors Degree
