Telecommunications Customer Service Representative Responsibilities :
- Provide customer support to new and existing customer accounts
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction and ensure long-term customer retention
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Deliver quality product presentations and answer questions with honesty and transparency
- Work with customers and the sales team to process all sales orders on a daily basis
- Meet personal and customer service sales metrics and evaluate performance on a weekly basis
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; and follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions in accordance with the company confidentiality mandates
