Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct routine laboratory tests on blood, urine, and tissue samples.
• Prepare and handle specimens according to established protocols.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment.
• Record and report test results accurately.
• Perform quality control checks to ensure test reliability.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

Qualifications :

• Associate’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or a related field
• Certification by a recognized accrediting agency (e.g., ASCP, AMT)
• Strong knowledge of laboratory testing procedures, equipment, and protocols
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team
• Flexibility with 8-hour or 12-hour day / mid shift schedules
