CRM Manager

Job Overview :

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented CRM Manager to oversee and optimize our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. This role blends CRM administration, sales support, and MarTech responsibilities. The ideal candidate will manage CRM operations, ensure data integrity, and continuously improve system capabilities. They will drive customer segmentation strategies, enable personalized marketing initiatives, and analyze customer interactions across the entire lifecycle to identify growth opportunities. This role supports cross-functional teams - including sales, marketing, and customer service - with analytics, lead prioritization, and actionable insights. Success in this position requires strong project management skills, deep expertise in CRM platforms, and the ability to serve as a critical link between the company and its customers.

Key Responsibilities :

• CRM System Administration :

Manage daily operations, data audits, and system enhancements for Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Act-On.

Provide comprehensive CRM training and ongoing support to internal teams.

Generate insightful reports and dashboards on CRM usage, sales performance, and customer interactions.

Identify and implement CRM enhancements aligned with business needs.

Spearhead customer segmentation strategies to enhance targeted marketing campaigns.

Manage CRM vendor relationships, ensuring maximum value from CRM solutions in collaboration with IT.
