RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing outstanding customer service and addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Conduct thorough insurance policy reviews with customers to identify their needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our office.
- Actively promote and sell State Farm insurance products, including auto, home, life, and health insurance, to meet individual and team sales goals.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance sales strategies and share best practices.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively educate customers and provide accurate information.
- Assist customers in filing claims, and facilitate the claims process to ensure a smooth and efficient experience.
- Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance sales and customer service skills.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient computer skills and familiarity with insurance software.
- Valid insurance license or willingness to obtain one.
- Previous experience in the insurance industry is a plus, but not required. We value candidates who are eager to learn and grow within our office.
